About The Position

We are seeking an Orthotics & Prosthetics Technician to support the fabrication, modification, and repair of custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. This position works closely with clinicians to ensure devices meet precise patient specifications and high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to producing devices that improve patient mobility and function.

Requirements

• Experience in orthotics and prosthetics fabrication or a related technical field preferred
• Ability to work with hand tools, fabrication machinery, and materials such as plastics, metals, and composites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a clinical fabrication environment

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and modify orthotic and prosthetic devices according to clinical specifications
• Assist clinicians with device preparation, adjustments, and modifications
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on orthotic and prosthetic devices
• Maintain tools, machinery, and fabrication workspace in safe working condition
• Follow safety, quality control, and infection-control standards
• Document work orders, fabrication steps, and materials used accurately
• Ensure timely completion of assigned technical tasks
