About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in orthotics and prosthetics or similar technical manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency working with hand tools and specialized fabrication equipment
• Strong focus on precision and product quality
• Ability to work independently while supporting clinical operations
• Organized, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Build custom orthotic and prosthetic components using detailed work specifications
• Shape, trim, align, and finish materials for optimal device performance
• Conduct repairs and component replacements as required
• Maintain fabrication equipment and ensure proper tool functionality
• Adhere to infection-control, safety, and quality standards
• Accurately log fabrication steps and maintain work documentation
