About The Position

We are seeking a detail-driven Orthotics & Prosthetics Technician to support clinical teams in delivering custom mobility solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patients receive high-quality devices that are built, adjusted, and maintained to precise standards.
The position combines technical skill with collaborative support in a patient-focused environment.

Requirements

• Background in O&P fabrication or related mechanical/technical field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with materials such as plastics and composites
• Ability to manage multiple device projects simultaneously
• Careful attention to quality control standards
• Team-oriented attitude with strong reliability

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble orthotic and prosthetic devices based on clinician specifications
• Support device adjustments and refinements during fitting processes
• Perform maintenance and structural repairs on existing devices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant fabrication space
• Track and document fabrication progress and material usage
• Assist clinicians with preparation of components prior to patient appointments
