About The Position

We are hiring a skilled Orthotics & Prosthetics Technician to support device production within a clinical fabrication environment. This role is responsible for constructing, modifying, and maintaining custom orthotic and prosthetic devices that meet detailed clinical and patient specifications.

Requirements

• Prior experience in orthotics, prosthetics, or medical device fabrication preferred
• Comfortable working with fabrication tools and technical machinery
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Ability to interpret written work orders and follow technical instructions
• Dependable, organized, and production-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Construct orthotic and prosthetic devices using approved fabrication techniques
• Modify components to meet individualized patient measurements and clinical adjustments
• Repair damaged devices and perform preventative maintenance
• Operate fabrication equipment and specialized machinery safely
• Prepare devices for clinician fittings and final delivery
• Maintain organized documentation for fabrication tasks and materials used
• Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards
