About The Position

Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, ethical manner with customer satisfaction as first priority. This position does not lead others. Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications; stay up to date with all manufacturers technical data as well as service bulletins. Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job. Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs. Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements. Meet all production-based metrics as prescribed by Management. Responsibility to help in the shop for cleaning and trash a; long with cleaning floors trash and snow clean up in wintery months.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
