About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a Technician for a job opportunity. This role involves manual bench testing, setting up and operating test equipment, inputting pedigree information into the Factory Operating System (FOS), creating non-conformances in FOS for test failures, and performing rework. The individual will also have annual training requirements in topics such as safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems. The company is specifically seeking technicians with hands-on experience in power supplies, high-voltage systems, test equipment, and strong troubleshooting skills, not just those who operate equipment without repair responsibilities.

Requirements

  • HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace or defense industry environment
  • Hands-on technical experience in testing of navigation and/or radar system assemblies
  • Comfortable using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word/Excel/Power Point)
  • Basic E-mail skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong safety focus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with robotic equipment for testing
  • Experience with Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment
  • Experience with high voltage testing and components
  • Knowledge of 6 Sigma/ Kaizen/lean manufacturing
  • Experience working with a diverse array of personnel
