Requirements

  • 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs
  • Able to work independently and solve problems fast
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
  • Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required)
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft)
  • Stand/walk for long periods
  • Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Repair & maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, doors & more
  • Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
  • Complete preventative maintenance & inspections
  • Replace bulbs, projectors, displays & basic tech equipment
  • Help with exhibit setup, teardown & shipping/receiving
  • Repair walls, fixtures, furniture & interior spaces
  • Respond quickly to work orders and keep guests safe
