About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Hard working, self-motivated, and safety focused
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Microsoft systems, or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical/manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with problem-solving tools and plant standards (SOPs, quality, & housekeeping) preferred
Responsibilities
- Rework lids, shells, stacks, and pallets to meet quality standards
- Inspect and sort materials to remove defects, both manually and operating rework equipment
- Support daily rework production and complete required documentation
- Perform quality checks and follow SOPs, OWDs, and standard work processes
- Identify defects, interpret data, and support troubleshooting and process improvements
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking; support QA lab activities
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
