About The Position

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at Merlin Entertainments Minnesota! If you love fixing things and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various aspects of the facility, troubleshooting equipment, completing preventative maintenance, and assisting with exhibit setup and general repairs. This is a guest-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs
• Able to work independently and solve problems fast
• Comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
• Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required)
• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft)
• Stand/walk for long periods
• Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards

Responsibilities

• Repair & maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, doors & more
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
• Complete preventative maintenance & inspections
• Replace bulbs, projectors, displays & basic tech equipment
• Help with exhibit setup, teardown & shipping/receiving
• Repair walls, fixtures, furniture & interior spaces
• Respond quickly to work orders and keep guests safe
