About The Position
Lithia Reno Subaru is urgently hiring an Experienced Technician. This role involves performing repairs and diagnostics on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards. The technician will be responsible for accurately documenting work performed, ensuring vehicle safety, and road-testing vehicles to confirm repair quality. A minimum of 3 years of dealership experience is required, and ASE certifications and Subaru vehicle knowledge are preferred. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years dealership experience
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
Nice To Haves
- ASE’s certifications preferred
- Subaru vehicle knowledge a plus

Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
