Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a General Motors flat-rate technician
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac vehicles
• A strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and completing repairs correctly
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
• Proven GM dealership experience
• NYS INSPECTORS LICENSE REQUIRED

• GM certifications
• Completed GM assessments
• ASE certifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair GM vehicles according to manufacturer procedures
• Perform maintenance, electrical, drivability, mechanical, and warranty repairs
• Complete accurate inspections and technician videos
• Document findings and repairs clearly
• Maintain productivity while protecting repair quality
• Communicate effectively with advisors, parts, dispatch, and fellow technicians
• Help prevent comebacks by taking ownership of every repair
• Support teammates and contribute to a clean, safe, and professional shop
• Treat every customer’s vehicle with care and respect
