About The Position
Pape’ Machinery is seeking a motivated Technician Trainee to join their team in Fremont, CA. This role is part of a "Learn while you Earn" apprenticeship program where trainees will work on heavy equipment under the guidance of senior technicians. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, team player, and eager to learn. Requirements
- Must have a starter set of general tools.
- Ability to operate a lift truck and other heavy equipment – We will train you!
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of experience working on equipment OR an Associate Degree or Certificate in Auto/Diesel Technology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work on heavy equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Build skills, knowledge, and experience as a Technician.
- Operate a lift truck and other heavy equipment (training provided).
