Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehousing and shipping operations.
  • Proficient in inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination, with demonstrated experience operating E-pallet jacks and forklifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Oracle / ERP / SAP for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products, inventory adjustments, and quality checks.
  • Previous experience in Quality Control: Adhering to strict regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP) for handling and storing medical products, monitoring temperature-sensitive items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Support warehouse and distribution operations by managing inventory, including storing products, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring compliance with lot control and expiration date requirements.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, load and unload shipments, coordinate with carriers, operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all established safety procedures and PPE requirements.
