About The Position

As a Computer Repair Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our school clients by ensuring devices are accurately diagnosed, repaired, and tested within our workshop. This is a hands-on, in-shop role focused on delivering high-quality technical services in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. While this is a seasonal position, there may be opportunities for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic technical proficiency, including computer skills and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive technical tasks with attention to detail
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in electronics or computer repair
• CompTIA A+ Certification or similar technical certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair devices under warranty and non-warranty guidelines within the workshop
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements
• Configure and test devices to ensure they are fully functional and ready for use
• Follow structured training and standard operating procedures for device repair
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily production targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
