About The Position

The Sanitation Technician will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our production floor/facility. This role involves performing basic cleaning of production machinery, including mopping, sweeping, and dusting. The technician will also be responsible for emptying trash bins, ensuring the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and maintaining the sanitation and organization of assigned areas. The position requires prompt response to incidents, interaction with all levels of leadership, and completion of special projects as assigned. Compliance with all safety rules, regulations, GMP, and company policies is essential, along with establishing and maintaining high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity. Regular and predictable attendance is a critical function of this job. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and duties may change at any time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Field or similar manufacturing/warehouse
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Effective communication
• Interpersonal skills
• Must be proactive
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to effectively manage time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning of our production machinery
• Cleaning includes mopping, sweeping, and dusting.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Ensure the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals following our GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Stay on task, but be prompt to respond to incidents as they occur throughout the day.
• Interact and maintain positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
• Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
• Compliant with all safety rules and regulations, GMP, and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures
• Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
