This role is part of our ET/UT product line and can be based in Quebec City or Houston. The Technician Sales Support & aftersales acts as a key reference for both internal teams and clients by providing in-depth knowledge of products and their applications. This role involves understanding clients' technological needs and collaborating with internal teams to propose effective solutions. This role is primarily focused on tubing inspection technologies (ECT, RFT, NFT, IRIS, and others) and is intended for a candidate with hands-on field experience who has performed real inspections in industrial settings. The incumbent understands the realities of field operations, is proficient in tubing signal interpretation and analysis, and has solid knowledge of the inspection market in the petrochemical, power generation and Oil & Gas sectors. The Expert will be part of the team responsible for the standard product line, lead initiatives to improve and promote these products, and provide support to other departments in their activities.
