Technician (Repair and Overhaul) - 3rd Shift

This role will provide support and operations in products such as servo valves, actuators, fuel metering units, specialty valves or pumps. Training shift will be 1st shift, Mon-Fri (7am – 3:30pm) for the first 2 weeks. Starting the 3rd week, hours will be an alternate shift (1st or 2nd) until training is completed and can move to the permanent 3rd shift hours.

Requirements

• Understands and follows basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Evaluates product and determines component replacement needs for low-complexity product.
• Identifies gap-to-standard and resolves or escalates them per standard processes/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently teardown, assemble and test product using specified tools and equipment.
• Coordinates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis, investigation, work scope of product.
• Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.
• Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items.
• Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.
