Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance, stand 6 to 7 hours a day, and move materials in and out of a 2 to 8 degrees refrigerator 2 to 3 times a day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very strong ability to utilize analytical thinking and to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or production setting.
- Experience using various types of weighing scales or balances.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, GLP, FDA).
Responsibilities
- Accurately weighing and measuring chemicals, strictly following safety procedures, and maintaining precise documentation.
- Work in an environmentally controlled area.
- Blood Manufacturing to produce Reagents, Controls, and Calibrators for the Diagnostics product line.
- Cleanroom environment, glassware handling.
- Perform documentation such as batch record closeout, review, and authorization to commence.
