TCR North America is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician/Mechanic – Diesel to join their Seattle, WA team. This role is crucial for ensuring customers' equipment and vehicles are always ready for operation. The technician will be based at the TCR workshop in Seattle, WA, and will be part of a supportive team with clear pathways for career growth and advancement. The primary focus will be on maintaining maximum availability and performance of vehicles and equipment to meet customer needs efficiently.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License required.
Must provide personal hand tools.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in using mobile devices and relevant applications.
A solid understanding of essential safety, quality, and operational protocols.
A growth-oriented mindset, collaborative team spirit, eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and integrity.

CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment and vehicles, including electrical, brake, hydraulic, cooling, power steering systems, engines, and other standard electrical components.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and inspections independently, following manufacturer and customer requirements.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining rigorous quality control and product integrity.
Act responsibly to prevent injuries, adhere to safety regulations, use safety equipment appropriately, report incidents, and promote health and safety initiatives.
