Technician: Master Certified - Subaru of Georgetown
About The Position
The Continental Automotive Group is seeking a Master Certified Technician for Subaru of Georgetown in Georgetown, TX. This is a full-time position within a locally-owned, family-operated company that offers significant growth and advancement opportunities. As a Master Technician, you will act as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures, and provide leadership to other members of the Service Department. Requirements
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures.
- Provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame.
- Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work.
- Oversee and sign off on repairs completed by other technicians.
- Offer training and guidance to other technicians.
