About The Position

A skilled professional responsible for the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting of a facility's equipment, machinery, and physical structure. They act as the first line of defense against operational downtime by performing both proactive preventive maintenance and reactive emergency repairs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment and role required.
• Proficiency in multiple trades, specifically electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experienced in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to analyze issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work with team members, leaders, and contractors
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Uses effective oral and written communication skills; delivers information in a clear and concise manner, listens and communicates effectively with others.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to prevent failures.
• Diagnosing, repairing, or replacing broken parts for machinery and building structures.
• Maintaining production machinery, robots, and conveyor systems.
• Performing general repairs such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and sometimes landscaping or snow removal.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
• Other tasks assigned.
