About The Position

This role is responsible for the general maintenance of all facilities and property. The technician will identify deficiencies and the need for maintenance and repair of various property elements, including Table Games layouts. They will perform mid- to advanced-level tasks in painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Additionally, the technician will diagnose and address issues with HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators, and assist in developing and following preventive maintenance schedules. The role requires prompt and professional response to calls, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring the safety and security of customers and team members.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC system, alarm systems, and generators
• Ability to identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and other projects related to maintenance of the property.
• Required to stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
• Required to bend or stoop and to lift up to 100 pounds, including lifting overhead.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of all facilities and property.
• Identify deficiencies related to maintenance of facilities and property.
• Identify the need for maintenance and repair of Table Games layouts and for maintaining, repairing, and replacing Table Games layouts.
• Identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced-level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks required for proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Identify and diagnose deficiencies with HVAC system, alarm system, and generators, and take necessary measures to correct deficiencies.
• Assist with developing preventive maintenance schedules and follow all such schedules.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Keep work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
