About The Position
The Line Yield Technician will conduct physical analysis on scrap wafers to determine the cause of failure. This role involves observing and reporting potential sources of mechanical damage on the FAB floor and monitoring wafer handling in specific areas related to yield improvement activities. The technician will also support the creation of weekly/daily reports and assist in line yield improvement activities as needed.
Requirements
- Cleanroom experience (2+ years) is a must
- Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using MS Excel
- Attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- JMP data analysis experience is a plus
