About The Position
The Production Assistant is an entry-level position supporting our Technician team on water damage, mold, and biohazard restoration jobs across the DC Metro area. Working under the direct supervision of a Technician or Lead, the Production Assistant learns the fundamentals of restoration while contributing to active job sites and learning the skills to become a Technician once training is completed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to the main office (Alexandria, VA)

Responsibilities
- Assist Technicians with equipment setup, placement, and monitoring on active job sites
- Support demolition, debris removal, and structural drying tasks as directed
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout all phases
- Follow all instructions from the supervising Technician or Lead Technician
- Communicate clearly with team members and maintain a professional presence with customers
