Requirements
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct viable and non-viable environmental monitoring sampling — including air, surface, personnel, and water — across ISO-classified cleanroom environments
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate EM instrumentation, ensuring equipment is inspection-ready through consistent preventative maintenance practices
- Support cleanroom qualification, requalification, and process validation activities in alignment with regulatory and quality standards
- Execute all work in strict accordance with established SOPs, work instructions, and procedural requirements
- Contribute to audit and inspection preparedness through accurate, timely EM record maintenance and documentation
- Participate in EM trend analysis, CAPA initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen overall program effectiveness
- Adapt readily to evolving shift schedules, suite assignments, and priorities driven by production and business demands
