  • Able to verify unit functionality against final drawing specifications
  • Strong English communication skills for reading, understanding, and collaborating

Responsibilities

  • Interprets and executes complex control drawings using blueprints, schematics, and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), ensuring precision in every step—including advanced soldering techniques.
  • Performs electrical diagnostic testing and functional verification on assembled units, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure optimal performance and quality compliance.
  • Expertly aligns and positions components for assembly, applying deep technical understanding to interpret engineering specifications and SWIs.
  • Operates within a collaborative workstation environment, assembling intricate mechanical or electrical systems to exacting production standards, often handling multiple critical parts.
  • Adapts swiftly to evolving production demands, providing hands-on support across departments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing real-time adjustments with minimal supervision.
  • Applies broad and practical understanding of electromechanical devices, leveraging deep knowledge to identify issues, optimize designs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned
