Your potential is our inspiration. Our Maintenance team supports both production operations and site utilities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety and continuous improvement. Team members collaborate closely with production personnel, contractors, suppliers and fellow maintenance professionals to keep critical systems operating efficiently.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical discipline, or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of three years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Two to three years of hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn and utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and other plant systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints and equipment manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Commitment to safety procedures, regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to complete required safety training, including lockout/tagout, forklift, scissor lift and respirator training.
  • Availability to support call-ins and urgent maintenance needs when required.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting and physical activities including walking, standing, bending, twisting, kneeling and climbing throughout the shift.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, respiratory protection and other site-required equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in varying environmental conditions including hot, cold and outdoor weather conditions.

  • Experience supporting food, beverage or fermentation manufacturing processes.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude combined with experience supporting both production equipment and utility systems.
  • Experience with instrumentation calibration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and plant utility systems.
  • Maintain and repair facility equipment including compressors, chillers, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, steam systems and condensate equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and perform emergency repairs on complex production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Calibrate instrumentation and maintain equipment performance standards.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, control and basic electrical systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, technical specifications and work orders.
  • Complete maintenance work orders, maintenance records, spare parts transactions and labor reporting accurately and on time.
  • Identify required replacement parts and materials and coordinate with suppliers and vendors when technical support is needed.
  • Document equipment modifications and update as-built drawings as required.
