About The Position

This Analysis Technician II position is responsible for the inspection and analysis of field returned Cardiac Rhythm Management products. As part of the Cardiac Rhythm Management organization, the analysis technician will analyze field returned implantable devices and leads with respect to customer concerns and will identify potential performance issues with the product. Work is completed in a team-based laboratory environment following lean processing principles. The analysis technician will ensure that all Quality Records surrounding their work are accurate, timely, and complete. We are working onsite a minimum of 4 days per week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries)
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level)

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas
  • Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems
  • Work from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions
  • Operate related equipment; conduct tests and report data in prescribed format
  • Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepare prescribed compounds and solutions
