Summary Responsible for delivering exceptional support and assistance to clients and customers regarding technical products and services. Troubleshoots issues, provides guidance, and resolves technical inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Provides desktop support and equipment deployment services in clinical, academic, and corporate settings. Responds to support requests, diagnoses technical problems, offers solutions, and facilitates communication between clients and technical teams. Fosters strong client relationships, enhances user experience, and ensures the effective use of technology solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years related work experience
  • Apply logical steps to resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide a positive support experience
  • Understanding of ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and workflow documentation
  • Handle evolving technologies and processes (e.g. Citrix VDI desktop testing and FlexTG printer deployments)
  • General awareness of IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting, and basic network protocols

Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated desktop, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform software deployments, updates, and patching.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure clarity and satisfaction
