About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the building's exterior and interior, including tasks such as snow removal. The technician will inspect and clean functional parts, motors, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical) to prevent breakdowns. They will also troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and painting issues. The position involves updating maintenance records, tracking, and completing work orders in a computerized maintenance management system. Additionally, the technician will respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and provide on-call support for after-hours facility issues. The role requires the ability to work at various WesBanco locations, potentially including overnight stays and weekend work, as well as overtime as needed. Banking is a highly regulated industry, and the individual is expected to maintain proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and complete assigned compliance training.

Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and scaffold.
• Ability to shovel snow and dirt.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to read and comprehend various measurements.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work at other WesBanco locations as needed may include overnight stay and weekend work.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
