This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX, with full relocation provided. We’re hiring a Technician I (Production, Assembly, QV Solar Panels) is responsible for performing assembly and production tasks in support of satellite system manufacturing. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized work instructions, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. The position supports manufacturing operations by assembling components, handling materials, and ensuring products meet established quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 years of experience in: Wire harness assembly preferred, Electrical/mechanical assembly preferred, Manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to meet production and quality expectations
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic mechanical processes
• Experience working in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing settings

Responsibilities

• Assemble satellite subcomponents and production parts in accordance with work instructions and engineering specifications
• Sort, stage, and organize materials on tables, racks, or bins
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and measuring/test equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Clean, package, and prepare completed assemblies for storage or shipment
• Pack, seal, label, and move materials and finished goods as required
• Handle small parts and components requiring manual dexterity
