About The Position

Deliver exceptional recurring filter cleaning services by maintaining customer filtration systems, ensuring route efficiency, supporting customer retention, and protecting equipment performance. This role is responsible for completing scheduled services safely, accurately, and on time while providing a positive customer experience and maintaining company assets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and lift required weight.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pool service, maintenance, repair, or route-based field service operations.
  • Experience using mobile workforce or service management software.
  • Knowledge of pool filtration systems, equipment maintenance, and water treatment chemicals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform recurring filter cleaning services according to established schedules and company service standards.
  • Thoroughly clean, inspect, and reassemble filtration systems to ensure proper operation and equipment performance.
  • Maintain route efficiency and ensure scheduled customer services are completed on time.
  • Accurately document completed services, equipment conditions, and customer needs within company software systems.
  • Identify and communicate repair, maintenance, or service opportunities to management.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, chemicals, and inventory required to perform daily service activities.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and weekly truck inspections while reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Deliver professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers during each service visit.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, vehicle safety requirements, and operational standards.
