This hourly role follows the Scotts step pay progression scale and typically starts at $27.35 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various types of rotary and inline filling equipment to adjust and control fill rates as needed.
- Adheres to all plant safety rules and programs, actively participating in audits and safety initiatives.
- Documents production results related to efficiencies, speeds, and quality.
- Performs cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, installation, and adjustment of fillers for maintenance and product changes.
- Conducts minor repairs and preventive maintenance, using mechanical troubleshooting to ensure product and quality specifications are met.
- Performs manufacturing inspection protocols to ensure quality standards on liquid packaging, and effectively communicates production information and gaps to peers and supervisors.
