As the Factory Quality Technician, you will administer activities and programs in the Quality Assurance department, encompassing the development, maintenance, and application of established standards and their enforcement throughout the plant to ensure the production of quality products from production to finished product and through their consumer life.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or related environment
Responsibilities
- Perform physical, and sensory tests on finished products collected from the dry pet packing room accurately and precisely.
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of lab equipment including the maintenance, cleaning, and calibration.
- Work as a team with other lab associates to achieve shift, department, and factory objectives.
- Assist in preparation for compliance audits.
- Follow laboratory practices and lab safety manual guidelines.
