About The Position

The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, is responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to ensure facility surfaces meet established cleanliness and safety standards. This role involves performing routine equipment maintenance, adhering to safety protocols, and managing work orders through electronic systems. The technician collaborates with facility teams to address service requests, supports seasonal exterior maintenance, and ensures vehicles and tools are properly maintained. This position requires a commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency while supporting facility upkeep and continuous improvement initiatives. The Facility Services team ensures safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments that support Walmart’s operational goals. Specializing in exterior cleaning and maintenance, the team expertly operates equipment and follows preventive maintenance and safety protocols to maintain facility reliability. Requirements

Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures for handling high-pressure equipment and heavy machinery.
Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on power washing tools and vehicles.
Competence in documenting work orders and communicating effectively with facility users and team members.
Capability to operate corporate vehicles safely, including conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance.
Commitment to adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.

Nice To Haves

Experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish.
State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California).
