Requirements

  • Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
  • Ability to evaluate cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods.
  • Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and facility equipment.
  • Competence in operating corporate vehicles, including conducting inspections and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.
  • Ability to document work accurately using electronic devices and maintain equipment inventory.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies consistently.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
  • As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language

Nice To Haves

  • Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and be able to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card
  • Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
  • Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
  • Experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
  • Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish.
  • State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
  • Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
  • Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
  • Execute seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to uphold safe conditions.
