About The Position

Under the direct supervision of a lead technician, repair and maintain aircraft components and related functions according to PHI guidelines, FAA regulations, manufacturer’s standards and experience level.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand and walk frequently.
• Must be able to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear regularly.
• Must be able to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain aircraft components as experience dictates
• Assist with maintenance tasks under the supervision of certificated technician
• Prepare and check all component records and documents
• Keep work area and tools clean, safe and orderly (proper PPE to be used at all times)
• Working overtime as needed
• Perform all duties in accordance with in-house, OEM and FAA documents
• Responsible for supporting company Safety Management System activities
• Comply with company HSEQ policies and procedures
• Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned which collectively speaking, require no greater attributes
