Under direct supervision, performs varied tasks of intermediate complexity. Applies basic and some intermediate skills to perform functions in the execution of existing procedures, techniques and tools. Assists in advanced tasks as part of training and development. Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels. This role involves submitting check prints to part family competent levels, submitting parametric 3D models without error and per part family ESW standards, understanding key concepts in their discipline (PD ESW, GD&T, Unigraphics/Nx, TeamCenter/NxManager, BCT raster), developing a working knowledge of Class II process (AP 4.24.3) and the ability to process part family specific Class II EC including marked prints. It also requires the ability to understand and apply part family specific Geometric Form Control to ASME Y14.5M/PWA79360 standards, apply dimensioning techniques per part family PD ESW standards including DRM practices, perform and document dimensional stack-up techniques, and demonstrate the ability to incorporate information communicated on validated Class II marked prints onto part print.
