About The Position

Trenchless Today is seeking a Technician Crew Lead to lead and execute CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) installations from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for running job sites, operating and overseeing curing systems and equipment, monitoring quality and safety, and handling job documentation. You will communicate with project managers and dispatch on progress and expectations, and travel daily, with occasional out-of-state work. Requirements

Experience in construction, utilities, or field-based work
Prior experience leading a crew or supervising a team
Strong leadership presence—you can direct, coach, and hold people accountable
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and systems
Ability to stay organized and keep jobs moving under pressure
Valid driver’s license
OSHA certification and confined space experience (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

CDL is a plus
Experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation or CIPP

Responsibilities

Lead and execute CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) installations from start to finish
Run the job site: plan the day, assign responsibilities, and keep projects on track
Operate and oversee curing systems, equipment, and installation processes
Monitor quality, performance, and safety throughout each project
Handle job documentation (logs, materials, safety reports)
Communicate with project managers and dispatch on progress and expectations
Travel daily, with occasional out-of-state work depending on projects
Set the tone, raise the standard
