Your expertise will directly support equipment performance, minimize downtime, and help Newmont deliver sustainable production.

Requirements

  • Relevant technical certification, trade qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, or operations in an industrial setting
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance systems and tools

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems
  • Conduct inspections to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance standards are met
  • Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues
  • Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow established procedures
