Your Impact As a Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Your expertise will directly support equipment performance, minimize downtime, and help Newmont deliver sustainable production.
Requirements
- Relevant technical certification, trade qualification, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, or operations in an industrial setting
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of maintenance systems and tools
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance standards are met
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow established procedures
