About The Position

Trained to perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per: S308, S311-4 / -5 / -6 / -8, Approved Valve-specific Engineering drawing and: Cleaning Procedures (CPs), Test Procedures (TPs), Test Reports (TRs), Qualification Procedures (QPs), and Others as required. Performs: Pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods, Gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom, Precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies, Cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing: Evident CIX100 Particle Counting Microscopes, White light visual verification, Ultraviolet visual verification, Total Solids Analysis, Non-volatile Residue Analysis, Manual microscopes and video scopes, Packaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions, Maintenance checklists to monitor and maintain: Clean environment and equipment, Stocks of consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.), Functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required, Training of new technicians and providing feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods. Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per specified procedures and drawings.
  • Conduct pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods.
  • Perform gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom.
  • Execute precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies.
  • Perform cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects using various tools and methods.
  • Package cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions.
  • Monitor and maintain clean environment and equipment using maintenance checklists.
  • Maintain stocks of consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.).
  • Perform functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required.
  • Train new technicians and provide feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement.
