Requirements

  • Trained to perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per S308, S311-4 / -5 / -6 / -8, Approved Valve-specific Engineering drawing and Cleaning Procedures (CPs), Test Procedures (TPs), Test Reports (TRs), Qualification Procedures (QPs), and others as required.
  • Experience with pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods.
  • Experience with gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom.
  • Experience with precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies.
  • Experience with cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing Evident CIX100 Particle Counting Microscopes, white light visual verification, ultraviolet visual verification, Total Solids Analysis, Non-volatile Residue Analysis, manual microscopes and video scopes.
  • Experience packaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions.
  • Experience monitoring and maintaining clean environment and equipment using maintenance checklists.
  • Experience stocking consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.).
  • Experience performing functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required.
  • Ability to train new technicians and provide feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods.
  • Must meet US persons criteria.
