Requirements

Trained to perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per S308, S311-4 / -5 / -6 / -8, Approved Valve-specific Engineering drawing and Cleaning Procedures (CPs), Test Procedures (TPs), Test Reports (TRs), Qualification Procedures (QPs), and others as required.
Experience with pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods.
Experience with gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom.
Experience with precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies.
Experience with cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing Evident CIX100 Particle Counting Microscopes, white light visual verification, ultraviolet visual verification, Total Solids Analysis, Non-volatile Residue Analysis, manual microscopes and video scopes.
Experience packaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions.
Experience monitoring and maintaining clean environment and equipment using maintenance checklists.
Experience stocking consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.).
Experience performing functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required.
Ability to train new technicians and provide feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods.
Must meet US persons criteria.
