About The Position

This is a standing pipeline for Florida's top trade school talent, specifically for Refrigeration, HVAC & Food-service Equipment. Coastline hires one Apprentice at a time, statewide, and this position opens whenever a current apprentice graduates into a paid Junior Technician role, typically every 90-180 days. The application process begins as soon as a candidate enrolls in an accredited HVAC/R Certificate Program, with interviews conducted throughout the program. Candidates are continuously evaluated, and the top-graded candidate receives the open seat. Those not selected immediately remain on a 'bench' for future evaluation or may receive a standing offer.
