About The Position
Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air has a unique opportunity for a Technician Apprentice. This position involves working under a certified line technician to learn Ford and dealership policies and practices. The apprentice will receive factory training and on-the-job skills development, similar to our line technicians, providing an excellent path to becoming a factory-trained Ford technician.
Requirements
- Some automotive experience is required, including tire rotations, oil changes, brake service, tire service, light engine repairs, and electrical experience.
Responsibilities
- Learn Ford and dealership policies and practices under the guidance of a certified line technician.
- Develop on-the-job skills to become a factory-trained Ford technician.
- Perform tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, brake service, tire service, light engine repairs, and electrical work as training progresses.
