Requirements

• 3+ years of heavy or construction equipment repair experience with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Perform physically demanding work.
• Furnish your own tools.

Nice To Haves

• Technical training or technician certifications are preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Welding or fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and other major components.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and major component repairs at customer jobsites and in the shop.
• Complete service documentation and keep your service vehicle, tools, parts, and supplies organized and job-ready.
• Follow Briggs safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and required DOT and OSHA practices.
