Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
4 years of experience in people management in enterprise development environments.

Experience developing, evaluating, or refining AI prompts and knowledge engineering workflows to ensure high-quality, reliable, and safe content generation.
Demonstrated experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, or other AI tools into technical writing workflows for content creation, editing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of technical writers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical writing excellence, and continuous career growth.
Partner with cross-functional leaders (Product Management, Technical Program Management, and Engineering) to define and execute high quality documentation assets for human and agentic users.
Partner with stakeholders to develop and evaluate AI workflows for knowledge content generation, ensuring reliability and quality.
Navigate complex, effective organizational projects, prioritizing execution pathways to deliver value while adapting to evolving ecosystem needs. Ensure appropriate metrics, roles, and people are in place to drive high performance and product excellence.
