Role Overview: Seeking a skilled and detail oriented Technical Writer to create and maintain clear concise and comprehensive documentation for clients products and internal processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for a variety of audiences including end users developers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, GitBook, or a similar CMS.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in English Communications Technical Writing or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain operational and support playbooks that provide step by step guidance for technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Create and update user manuals getting started guides and other instructional materials to help users effectively utilize our products.
  • Write clear and detailed release notes for product updates new features and bug fixes.
  • Document internal workflows and procedures to ensure consistency efficiency and knowledge transfer across the organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts engineers product managers and support teams to gather information for new and existing documentation.
  • Edit proofread and format all documentation to ensure accuracy clarity and adherence to company standards.
  • Understand the needs of different user groups to tailor content appropriately.
  • Manage documentation within content management systems CMS and other relevant tools.
