About The Position
The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Develops technical systems support and knowledgebase documents; Reviews and approves content to be published to a centralized knowledgebase; Develops technical system implementation and configuration documentation and related technical support user guides and procedures guides; Develops end user training documentation and guides; Reviews, validates and updates technical system and support documents.
