About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Communication, English, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
  • Limited work experience in technical writing or related discipline; eager to learn and develop competence through structured assignments.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to address standard problems.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of documentation tools and publishing processes.
  • Ability to work under supervision and take direction from senior professionals.
  • Analytical skills to organize information logically and clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop written materials to support product development, including manuals, tutorials, and specifications.
  • Interview technical staff to gather product information and specifications.
  • Collect and organize technical data and product images; coordinate layout for publication.
  • Ensure adherence to established terminology, style guidelines, and editorial quality standards.
  • Apply existing procedures to solve routine documentation challenges.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
