About The Position
ExoAnalytic Solutions develops and uses a variety of modeling and simulation tools for engineering, engagement, mission and campaign-level analysis of defense and space systems. We are a recognized modeling and simulation leader with deep domain expertise and experience applying our software tools on studies and problems of national importance. ExoAnalytic Solutions is seeking a versatile professional to join our simulation and modeling team who thrives at the intersection of writing, quality assurance, and curriculum development. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, strong editorial skills, and a knack for transforming technical content into clear, engaging learning materials and documentation. This hybrid role will involve testing software, creating and reviewing documentation, and developing curriculum resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software (Google Docs, LibreOffice)
Nice To Haves
- Background in copy editing, teaching, instructional design strongly preferred
- Interest and ability to learn about space, space systems, and related technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, user-friendly documentation, manuals, guides, tutorials, and training modules.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and software developers to clarify complex information.
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and best practices.
- Test software, documentation for accuracy, usability, and clarity and provide feedback to improve both content and user experience.
- Adapt complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning materials.
